IMTECH OMS: what it does and how to use it

IMTECH OMS keeps your customers, bills, payments and repair work in one place. This guide shows what it can do, explains each process with a simple picture, and walks you through trying it yourself.

How to sign in

Open the system in Chrome, Edge or Firefox: imtech-oms.christianabad.xyz

On the sign-in page, look for Demo accounts. Click any person to sign in as them straight away. If you type it instead, every demo account uses the password Demo@2026.

Each person has a different job, so each one sees different screens:

Administrator
admin.demo

Can see and change everything, including settings and staff.

Branch Manager
manager.demo

Runs the day-to-day work: customers, repairs, staff and reports.

Billing Officer
billing.demo

Handles bills and payments.

Support Agent
support.demo

Takes customer complaints and sends technicians.

Technician
tech.demo

Sees the repair jobs given to them and marks them done.

Read-only
viewer.demo

Can look at everything but can't change anything.

The demo already has sample customers you can practise with, for example Juan Dela Cruz, Maria Santos, Lourdes Reyes, Ramon Bautista, Elena Villanueva and Carlo Mendoza. Everything you change is saved, and everyone using the demo sees the same information.

What the system does

A quick look at everything IMTECH OMS can do.

Customers

  • Add and update customers in simple pop-up forms
  • Residential and Enterprise prices for every plan
  • Pay once a month, or split the bill into parts (for example the 15th and the 30th)
  • Close, reopen, remove and bring back accounts
  • Add many customers at once from a spreadsheet

Bills

  • Bills are made automatically every month
  • Any unpaid amount is shown on the next bill as its own line
  • A smaller split is allowed; the rest moves to next month
  • A few days of allowance (grace period) before a bill is marked late

Payments

  • Record cash, GCash, bank transfer and cheque payments
  • The oldest unpaid amount is always paid first
  • Extra money is kept as credit for the next bill
  • Printable receipts, refunds, and download for accounting

Repairs

  • Record customer complaints
  • Send a technician in a few clicks
  • The technician marks the job started and finished
  • Late jobs are clearly marked

Late payments

  • A list of customers who are behind on payments
  • After 30 days unpaid, staff are alerted (or service is paused, if you choose)
  • Service turns back on by itself once the customer pays

Customer website

  • Customers report a problem in one click
  • They can check their repair request and their balance
  • Their messages go straight to your support team

Overview and reports

  • One home screen with the numbers that matter
  • Search for any customer, complaint or job from the top bar
  • Live alerts on the bell icon
  • Reports, and a record of who did what

Safe and organised

  • Each person only sees what their job needs
  • Confirmation before saving important changes
  • Company details printed on receipts and job slips

1Add a new customer

Sign up a new subscriber and choose how they will pay.

Try it yourself

  1. Click Customers on the left, then Add Customer.
  2. Type a name (for example "Ana Cruz") and a phone number (for example 0917 222 3333).
  3. For the address, choose Cebu City first, then pick a barangay from the list.
  4. Choose Residential and the Fiber Basic plan. The monthly fee fills in by itself.
  5. Leave one payment day, or click to add a second day to split the bill.
  6. Click Save.
What you should see: the form closes, a "saved" message appears, and the new customer is in the list with an account number like ACC-2026-0008.
Try splitting ₱999 into ₱500 and ₱300. The form tells you the remaining ₱199 will be added to next month's first payment. If the parts add up to more than the fee, the form won't let you save.

2Monthly bills

Bills are made for you every month. Unpaid amounts are never hidden.

Try it yourself

  1. Click Customers and open Lourdes Reyes.
  2. Click the Billing tab. Her bill is split into two parts: ₱750 and ₱749.
  3. Notice that the earlier part says Overdue and the later part says Unpaid (not due yet). Each part is tracked on its own.
  4. Now open Elena Villanueva. Her Enterprise bill of ₱6,999 is split by percentage: 40%, 30% and 30%.
  5. Go to Settings → Billing & Payments → Run monthly billing and run it.
What you should see: because this month's bills already exist, the system says everyone is already billed and makes nothing new. Clicking it twice by mistake never creates double bills.

3Receive a payment

Record money from a customer and give them a receipt.

Try it yourself

  1. Click Payments → Payment History, then Record Payment.
  2. Type Juan and choose Juan Dela Cruz.
  3. Look at the amounts: last month's unpaid ₱999 and this month's ₱999 are shown on separate lines, ₱1,998 in total.
  4. Click Next installment to fill in the oldest amount, choose Cash, and save.
  5. Open the new payment in the list to see the receipt, and click print.
What you should see: Juan's balance goes down by the amount paid, and the receipt shows which bill the money went to.
Also try: record ₱2,000 for Maria Santos, who only owes ₱500. Her profile then shows a balance of ₱0 and ₱1,500 credit, which is used on her next bill.

4Fix a customer's problem

From a complaint to a technician visit to a fixed connection.

Try it yourself

  1. Click Support Tickets. Find Juan Dela Cruz's Slow Speed complaint.
  2. Click the Assign technician icon on that row.
  3. Choose the technician and click Dispatch Job Order.
  1. Click the bell at the top: there is a new job alert.
  2. Click Job Orders. On Juan's job click Start, then Start Job.
  3. Click Complete, then Mark Completed.
  1. Open Support Tickets.
What you should see: after step 3 the complaint says Assigned with a job number (JO-…). After step 6 it says Resolved, without anyone closing it by hand.
If a job is cancelled, the complaint goes back to "Pending Review" so another technician can be sent. Jobs past their schedule show "days late" in red.

5Late payments

What happens when a customer doesn't pay. On screen this is called the Collection SLA, which simply means the number of days before you take action.

Try it yourself

  1. Click Payments → Overdue Accounts. You'll see who is behind, the longest late at the top, and the date each one reaches 30 days.
  2. Click the boxes at the top of the page (for example For collection) to show only those customers.
  3. Go to Settings → Billing & Payments and scroll to Collection SLA. Here you choose the number of days (30 is normal) and what happens: Notify staff only or Suspend account.
  4. Open any customer and click the Subscription tab: you can give one customer a different setting from everyone else.
What you should see: Juan Dela Cruz has a ₱999 bill that is about 30 days late. From around 5 October he appears as For collection in Overdue Accounts, and staff get a bell alert.
A service paused by this rule turns back on automatically once the customer pays what is overdue. A service paused by a staff member by hand stays paused until staff turn it back on.

6Close, reopen or remove an account

Nothing is ever lost. Closed and removed customers can always come back.

Try it yourself

  1. Open Carlo Mendoza (a closed account). Click Reopen Account, choose a plan and a start date, and confirm. He becomes Active again.
  2. Open Elena Villanueva (fully paid) and click Delete. She moves to Deleted customers, with all her bills and payments kept.
  3. Find her under the Status filter (Deleted) and click Restore.
  4. Now try to delete Juan Dela Cruz.
What you should see: Elena comes back as a closed account. Juan can't be deleted: the system shows how much he still owes.

7Customer website

Customers help themselves without calling. No account or password needed.

How it works for customers

  1. Report a problem: click the report button on the home page, fill in the short form and send it. A ticket number appears straight away.
  2. Track a repair: type the ticket number and the last 4 digits of the phone number used.
  3. Check a balance: type the account number and the last 4 digits of the phone. The customer sees what they owe and when each part is due. Only their first name is shown, for privacy.
  4. Send a message: the contact form becomes a "New Service Inquiry" for your team.
The customer website is connected to this system but is not yet published at a public web address for the demo.

Settings

Only the Administrator can change these. Each save asks "Save changes?" first; click Save Changes in that box to apply it.

Good to know

  • Emails and text messages are switched off in the demo. Reminders and "Forgot password" won't send anything, so please don't use "Forgot password" during the demo.
  • The demo follows the real calendar. Balances and statuses change from day to day, just like the real system would.
  • This is a practice system. Please don't enter real customer information.
  • The demo password is shown on purpose on the sign-in page, so anyone presenting can switch between people quickly.
